The companies listed on Finded are found and analyzed by our search engine. This information is available on the internet and is freely accessible to any user. We collect, aggregate, and organize this data to display the best companies to work for.
If you want your company to not appear on our comparison, you must first remove your information from our sources (Infojobs.net, Glassdoor.com, Talent.com and Indeed.com). Once this is done, our robot will not be able to track that information, and therefore, it will not appear.
Collection and Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is any information related to a person: name, email, address, phone number, ID number… Additionally, when a User visits our website, certain information is automatically stored for technical reasons, such as the IP address assigned by their internet access provider. “Finded,” as the Data Controller, is required to inform Users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either by sending an email or by completing the forms included on the website. Only the necessary data will be collected to provide the contracted service or to respond adequately to the User’s request for information. The data collected is identifying and corresponds to the minimum required to carry out the activity. Specifically, no specially protected data is collected at any time. The data will never be used for a different purpose than that for which it was collected.

Data Sharing: Personal data will be processed through servers managed by Ionos, which will be considered a Data Processor.

- We commit to execute all these rights within the maximum legal period (1 month).
If a User believes there is a problem with the way “Finded” is handling their data, they can address their complaints to the Security Officer or the relevant data protection authority. The Spanish Data Protection Agency is the relevant authority for Spain.
The personal data of Users who use the contact form or send us an email requesting information will be processed for the time strictly necessary to respond to the request for information or until the consent given is revoked.
The personal data of Customers will be processed until the contractual relationship ends. The period of retention of personal data will be the minimum necessary and may be maintained for:
- 4 years: Law on Offenses and Sanctions in the Social Order (obligations in terms of affiliation, registration, cancellation, contributions, payment of salaries…); Arts. 66 and following of the General Tax Law (accounting books…)

The legal basis that legitimizes this processing is the consent of the interested party, which can be revoked at any time. Under no circumstances will “Finded” extract data from social networks unless the User has given express consent (for example, for a contest).
